How do I capture a 360° panorama?
  1. Create or open a tour, then choose Add dot → Capture 360°.
  2. Allow Camera and Motion access when prompted.
  3. Follow the guide dots through all rings, including the sky and ground.
  4. Keep the rear lens near one position as you rotate and tilt the device, then let photo refinement finish.

Use even light and a still scene. Close objects and camera movement can cause misalignment; a panoramic tripod head can help. Import an existing 2:1 panorama through Photos or Files if you already have one.

Can I improve a seam or remove a distracting area?

Open a dot’s options, choose Edit dot → Repair photo, mark the area and choose Repair marked area. Preview the result, use the repair and save the dot. You can undo edits or restore the original.

Repair uses local image and texture processing. Large camera-position changes or moving subjects can still leave visible joins; repair cannot guarantee a faithful reconstruction of hidden objects.

How do I connect the viewpoints?

In your tour, choose Connect Dot. Select the two panorama dots and aim the navigation path in both views, then save the connection. Viewers can move between them using the viewpoint arrows or the Tour map.

How do I share a complete tour?

Choose Tour options → Export tour. Save or share the resulting .html file. It contains the panorama images, connections and 360° player, so it can be viewed offline in Chrome or another compatible browser.

Download the whole file before opening it. Some email, messaging and Files previews display the file as a document instead of running its player; use a browser that permits local HTML content. No .wdlz file is needed.

How do I save a single 360° photo?

Choose Share 360° photo from a dot’s options or its editor. Use the system share sheet to save the JPEG to Photos or Files, or send it to another app. Saving to Photos requests permission to add images.

A panorama JPEG appears as a flat image in iPhone Photos. Look around interactively in WonderLenz, an exported tour or a compatible 360° viewer.

What if saving or sharing fails?

Make sure the receiving app or storage location is available and the device has enough free storage. For saving to Photos, check WonderLenz’s Photos permission in Settings. Try saving to Files first, then share the saved copy.

If the problem continues, email the device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, selected sharing destination and the steps that failed. Avoid sending personal photos unless needed.

How do I delete a tour or remove access?

Delete a tour from the library to remove that tour from the app. Delete exported copies separately from Photos, Files and any receiving service. You can change Camera, Motion and Photos permissions in device Settings.

See the privacy policy for storage, backups and support-email requests.
