Privacy policy

Your photos are yours. Here is how the app uses permissions, stores your work and handles sharing.

About this policy

This policy covers the native WonderLenz panorama and tour app for iPhone and iPad, provided by WonderLenz, and these product, support and privacy pages. The app processes photos on your device.

What the app collects

We do not collect personal data from the app. Camera photos, imported panoramas, original images, local repairs and tours are processed and stored on your device. WonderLenz does not send them to our servers.

The app does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics SDKs or cross-app tracking.

The permissions you choose

  • Camera: captures the photos used in a panorama.
  • Device motion: guides capture and helps align viewpoints.
  • Photos and Files: system pickers provide access to the items you select.
  • Add to Photos: saves a panorama when you choose that action.

These permissions serve the feature you choose. You can manage permissions in your device Settings; restricting them may limit the corresponding feature.

Storage, deletion and backups

Tours, original photos, repair history and processing files are stored locally. Remove a tour from the library to delete that tour from the app. Uninstalling the app removes its local app data.

Copies exported to Photos, Files or another service must be deleted separately. Device backup settings may include app data in an Apple backup; you control those backups through Apple’s settings.

When you share a copy

Sharing happens only when you choose a destination through the system share sheet or save an exported file. The receiving person or service handles that copy under its own policies. An exported HTML tour contains its panoramas and connections, so share it only with people you intend to give access to those images.

Support emails and this website

If you email hello@wonderlenz.com, we use the information you provide to respond to your request. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request or meet legal obligations. Please avoid sending private photos unless they are needed for support. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any records we must retain for legal or security reasons.

These webpages do not use analytics, advertising cookies, contact forms or third-party fonts. Your browser sends standard request information, such as an IP address, to the hosting provider to load the site. The provider may process request logs to operate and secure its service; this is separate from the app’s on-device photo processing.
